Warranty
The cases sold on this website come with a one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products may be returned for repair, replacement or credit at the discretion of the manufacturer. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance, and to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number before returning any product. Third party decorating / imprinting cases purchased from this site voids any and all warranties. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for damage caused by the customer's abuse or negligence.

Returns
Merchandise returned must be in original condition with original packaging with a prior RA (Return Authorization) from BeautyCasesOnline.com. A 15% restocking fee may apply. If an item is returned as defective but is later determined not to be defective upon being received and inspected by our Returns department, BeautyCasesOnline.com will not be responsible for the return shipping charges. If a call tag was issued for the return of the item, the amount of shipping will be charged back to the customer.

Backorders
In the event that an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be contacted and will have the option to cancel your order, wait for the backordered item to arrive in our warehouse, or select another item.

Closeout Items
If an item on our website is marked as a "Closeout", all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Sales Tax
BeautyCasesOnline.com is based in California, therefore, state sales tax will be added to all California orders.
